• The energy management system has been implemented in partner municipalities in accordance with ISO 50001 and provides a continuous annual increase in energy efficiency by 3% starting from 2023.
• Energy cooperatives are well-developed and provide biofuel production, heat production, and centralized heating services.
• The energy-efficient modernization of the entire network of heating systems reduced fuel consumption by 50%, while the introduction of the energy-saving behavior reduced electricity consumption by 30%.

The project will develop a Geoinformation System (GIS) for buildings, community engineering networks and implement an Automated Energy Accounting System (AEAS). It is also planned to establish a cooperative for the collection of existing biomass and cultivation of energy plants for the needs of centralized heating systems.

The project's main goal is to start green modernization of local heating systems of partner municipalities with the gradual abandonment of fossil fuels used in the centralized heating system by 2025 and a reduction of fuel consumption in centralized heating systems by 50% by 2030.

The project is implemented in accordance with the basic principles of the European GREEN DEAL.
